This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and procedures for international orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment center ‌within 1-2 business days‌ of receiving your order confirmation and successful payment verification. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Croatian public holidays.

  • Weekends & Holidays:‌ Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) on Friday or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day (usually Monday).
  • Product Availability:‌ If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email at brewsky@kondicijashop.com. You will have the option to wait for restock (with an estimated timeline), substitute the item with a comparable product, or cancel your order for a full refund.

2. Shipping Areas & Methods

We primarily ship within ‌Europe‌ and to select international destinations. Our store is based in Croatia. Shipping methods are determined by the destination and order value.

  • Domestic (Croatia):‌ We ship via Croatian Post or our partnered courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA):
    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days):‌ Our most economical option for EU customers.
    • Express Shipping (1-3 business days):‌ Available for customers needing their fitness tools faster.
  • Rest of World (Select International Destinations):
    • Shipping is available to many countries worldwide. Delivery times vary significantly (7-21 business days) depending on the destination and customs processing. Please see the “Customs & Duties” section below.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer

To build a seamless shopping experience and encourage building your best body with our compact fitness gear, we offer the following:

  • Fast Free Shipping:‌ We are proud to offer ‌FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over 50€‌ within the European Union. This is reflected in our store’s tagline, “Grab our top-selling durable resistance bands & fitness tools now — fast free shipping, perfect for all your home gym workout needs!”
  • Standard Shipping Fees (Under 50€):‌ For orders below the 50€ free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. This fee covers standard delivery.
  • Express Shipping Fees:‌ Expedited delivery services (Express Shipping) are available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

All prices on our website are listed in Euros (€) and include Croatian VAT where applicable. ‌Note:‌ Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (see our Refund and Returns Policy).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your ‌tracking number and a link to track your package‌.

  • You can also track your order by logging into “My Account” on our website.
  • The tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours after dispatch.

5. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Croatia:‌ 2-4 business days.
  • EU (Standard):‌ 3-7 business days.
  • EU (Express):‌ 1-3 business days.
  • International:‌ 7-21 business days (plus possible customs delay).

These are estimated transit times, not guarantees. Transit time begins once the carrier has received your package. Delays can occur due to carrier processing, weather, holidays, or customs inspections.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • European Union (EU) Shipments:‌ ‌No additional customs duties or import VAT will be charged‌ for shipments within the EU, as goods are moving within the single market.
  • International (Non-EU) Shipments:‌ For orders shipped outside the European Union, ‌the customer is solely responsible for paying any and all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country’s customs authorities.‌ These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid at checkout.
  • We are legally required to declare the accurate value of the contents on the customs form and cannot mark items as “gifts” or underdeclare their value to avoid duties. We recommend you check with your local customs office to estimate potential charges.

7. Failed, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries

  • Incorrect Address:‌ It is the ‌customer’s responsibility‌ to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address during checkout. Please double-check it. Kondicija j.d.o.o. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery Attempt:‌ If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is available to sign, access issues), the carrier will usually leave a notification. Follow their instructions to arrange a pickup or a second delivery attempt. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery will incur additional reshipping charges, which must be paid by the customer before we resend the package.
  • Lost Packages:‌ If your tracking information shows a package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or other safe places on your property. Contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If they cannot locate it, contact our customer service at brewsky@kondicijashop.com within ‌7 days‌ of the marked delivery date so we can initiate a trace investigation with the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked “Delivered.”

8. Combined & Multiple Shipments

If you place multiple orders close together, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce our environmental impact and your shipping costs if applicable. You will receive updated tracking information via email.
